SRE and Devops Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, develop a team of SRE/DevOps engineers with leadership to assess capabilities and
• Own end-to-end incident management: on-call, escalation, incident command, severity, blameless
• Establish and promote SRE principles: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, capacity, observability.
• Drive operational excellence: automation, reliability, security, and cost efficiency while
• Coordinate distributed IST and US time zones: coverage, handoffs, escalation.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize infra investments and align with security and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Team Lead/Manager in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across IST and US time zones with on-call and handoffs.
• Strong incident response management: on-call, escalation, incident command, severity, blameless
• Hands-on cloud infra multi-cloud: AWS, Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), managed DBs, object storage
• IaC experience: Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent.
• CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
