Maintain core infrastructure with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu preferred).
Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID and hardware diagnostics.
Design scalable networks with VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, UniFi.
Automate provisioning with Ansible, Bash/Python, and Git workflows.
Set up observability stacks: Prometheus/Grafana and log systems (Graylog/ELK/Loki).
MAAS-based tooling for server discovery, OS deployments, PXE/Preseed/Cloud-init.

🎯 Requirements

Expert-level Linux admin (Debian/Ubuntu).
Strong MAAS / Ironic / bare-metal automation (mandatory).
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, VPNs.
IaC with Ansible; scripting (Bash/Python); GitOps.
Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog.
Deployment automation: PXE, Preseed, MAAS/Ironic.
