📋 Description

Maintain core infrastructure with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu preferred)
Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID, hardware diagnostics
Design and maintain scalable networks: VLANs, L2/L3, VPNs, UniFi
Automate provisioning with Ansible, Bash/Python, and Git workflows
Set up observability: Prometheus/Grafana; Graylog/ELK/Loki
Build MAAS-based provisioning tooling: PXE/Preseed/Cloud-init

🎯 Requirements

Expert-level Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu)
MAAS / Ironic / bare-metal automation experience (mandatory)
Strong networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, VPNs
Infrastructure as Code: Ansible; scripting (Bash/Python); GitOps
Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog
OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware, and container orchestration experience
