• Lead observability and monitoring operations integration and workflow support
• Manage events and incident support tied to monitoring platforms
• Provide visualization support: dashboards and operational views
• Support OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns and collector operations
• Implement automation with Splunk SOAR/Ansible
• Collaborate with clients on telemetry and monitoring requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in enterprise monitoring/observability/APM
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Hands-on event-to-incident workflow design and ITSM tooling
• OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns and collector ops
• Experience building dashboards for technical/non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Splunk SOAR or Ansible in production
