Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting across 30+ entities.
• Reconcile revenue recorded in property management systems.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all entities.
• Ensure revenue is correctly recorded in the ERP.
• Investigate discrepancies between PMS, ERP, and bank data.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years accounting experience, multi-entity or real estate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems required.
• US accounting exposure preferred.
• DualEntry experience a plus.
• Ramp or spend management familiarity preferred.
