Maintain accurate accounting records for funds, incl. journal entries, GL maintenance, and bank
Prepare capital calls, distributions, partner allocations, and investor reporting.
Produce financial statements under US GAAP.
Understand fund structures, transactions, and reporting requirements for timely client deliverables.
Build relationships with clients, investors, auditors, and advisers; support reporting and audits.
Ensure regulatory and client reporting requirements while following internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA qualification and/or Master's is advantageous but not required.
Experience in fund accounting or similar accounting role preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP desirable.
Strong accounting principles and practical/commercial application.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
