Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead account reconciliations and monthly accounting activities for assigned accounts (prepaids
• Prepare recurring journal entries and month-end accruals for accurate reporting.
• Administer distributor rebate programs and review contract compliance.
• Serve as key contact for intercompany transactions and collaborate with internal teams.
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to analyze deductions, expenses, and operations.
• Support internal/external audits with schedules and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, manufacturing/distribution/product environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, and controls.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems; OneStream and Infor a plus.
• Experience with rebates, sales deductions, intercompany accounting, or sales tax support a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
