📋 Description

• Own analytics roadmap for Contact Center Product space.
• Deliver scalable analytical solutions across product teams.
• Lead end-to-end measurement for AI systems and observe customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scalable logging and observability.
• Lead design and evaluation of A/B and causal tests to quantify AI feature impact.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 12-18 years in industry; degree required (Masters/PhD a plus).
• Expert communication with cross-functional teams; ability to explain technical results to
• Strong Python, SQL, and A/B testing platform experience.
• Expertise in EDA, hypothesis testing, regression, clustering; NLP/Text Mining; ML/DL techniques.
• Understanding of LLM architectures and tools (e.g., LangChain, DSPy).
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, AI observability, and human-in-the-loop design.
