Staff Agentic AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize production-grade AI agent systems for enterprise automation.
• Architect agent workflows with reasoning, tool usage, retrieval, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Evaluate and adopt new agent orchestration frameworks and patterns.
• Develop and maintain AI evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-judge workflows and testing.
• Diagnose and improve agent performance (prompts, retrieval, tool selection, latency, cost
• Build RAG and embedding solutions for enterprise knowledge access.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Math/Stats or related field.
• 5–7+ years in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or AI systems development.
• 2+ years building production LLM applications or AI agent systems.
• Proven experience with AI agents used by customers or users.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Strong Python engineering skills and scalable production software experience.
