Staff AI Architect

📋 Description

• Own architecture for AI-native business; govern agentic systems across teams
• Set standards for AI platforms, runtimes, and enterprise integration
• Hands-on development: prototypes, reference implementations, and production code
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and Engineering to orchestrate workflows
• Partner with AI platform org to dogfood AI platform and inference products
• Balance governance, safety, and cost with practical, scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial software/enterprise architect experience (10+ years)
• Hands-on AI engineering with production agentic systems
• Production-grade experience in Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java
• Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, Greenhouse, Snowflake, Okta
• Experience with model access, orchestration, observability, and cost attribution
• Ability to write RFCs/ADRs and influence across distributed teams
