Staff AI Architect, Remote

📋 Description

• Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy for cloud-native platform and agentic AI
• Shape system design and evolution at scale; promote infrastructure excellence across the org.
• Report to Sr. Principal Engineer; this is an individual contributor role.
• Define and promote agentic AI architecture patterns, including multi-agent systems and
• Establish DevOps standards: CI/CD, GitOps, blue/green, canary, release engineering.
• Oversee platform infrastructure: ECS, Kubernetes (EKS), service mesh, IAM, data stores

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in CS, Systems Eng, or related.
• 8+ years software eng and systems architecture; 3+ years in architect/principal engineer.
• 5+ years AWS architecture at scale; multi-account design, landing zone, IAM governance, cost
• Experience designing distributed systems with high availability and elastic scalability.
• Experience architecting agentic AI: orchestration layers, tool/API integration, monitoring.
• DevOps/platform engineering: Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform/CDK, Helm, GitOps, CI/CD (GitHub
