Staff AI Corporate Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain internal developer platform enabling AI agents and automated workflows.
• Develop self-service tooling and CI/CD pipelines for AI agent delivery.
• Host AI-generated web experiences and internal portals.
• Establish guardrails for AI usage, data handling, and safety across deployments.
• Own central AI infrastructure: usage analytics, spend governance, and model management.
• Partner with business units to identify AI automation opportunities and translate to tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of software engineering in enterprise environments.
• Experience with AI ecosystem enablement (Claude, OpenAI GPT APIs, MCP integrations).
• Proficiency with internal developer platforms, CI/CD, and hosting infrastructure.
• Cloud infra experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes/Docker, and IaC (Terraform).
• API gateway, rate limiting, OAuth2, API keys, RBAC knowledge.
• Ability to translate governance into technical controls; strong documentation skills.
