Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems for GTM teams.
• Build modular agentic systems with LangChain, CrewAI, MCP that run 24/7 across teams.
• Develop reusable agentic skills invoked across Slack, dashboards, CLIs.
• Implement observability with logging, metrics, prompt iteration, cost management.
• Define governance for AI workflows: access controls, audit trails, PII handling.
• Partner with Data Engineering and GTM leadership to scale self-service automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering with backend, systems integration, or data/analytics.
• 2+ years applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git workflows.
• Hands-on with LLM frameworks: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, parsing.
• Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale; orchestration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless services (Cloud Functions/Run).
