Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own AI agent infrastructure and automation platform for GTM teams.
• Build multi-agent architectures and 24/7 AI integrations.
• Ship production systems used by Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Define technical direction for automation platform, data models, APIs, and libraries.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, GTM Systems, Field Ops, and GTM leadership.
• Design self-service automation with governance, observability, and cost control.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering, backend, systems integration, or data/analytics.
• 2+ years applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
• Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows.
• LLM frameworks and patterns: prompting, RAG, function calls, parsing.
• Experience building multi-agent systems at scale with orchestration and monitoring.
• GCP, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).
