Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on engineering role building production-grade agentic AI workflows.
• Architect multi-agent, stateful workflows for enterprise scale using LangGraph, Temporal, and
• Own AI observability with LangFuse across model interactions.
• Define AI engineering standards for RAG, prompt management, and tool-calling strategies.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to meet SLA, security, and compliance.
• Evaluate new tooling and improvements in the agentic stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in production AI agents.
• Hands-on LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic expertise for enterprise-scale workflows.
• Hands-on LangFuse expertise: tracing, evaluation, prompt management, dataset-driven testing.
• Proficiency with agent harness frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Deep Python proficiency and strong engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, architecture).
• Cloud AI deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) including containers and cost management.
