📋 Description

• Own end-to-end multi-agent AI systems from design to production
• Build modular agentic systems using orchestration frameworks
• Develop reusable agentic skills across interfaces
• Implement observability, logging, metrics, and cost controls
• Establish governance for AI workflows and access controls
• Build MCP servers, APIs, and microservices to connect AI to business systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering in backend, systems integration, or data/analytics
• 2+ years hands-on with LLMs/AI in production
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows and testing
• Hands-on with LLM frameworks and patterns (prompt engineering, RAG, function calls, parsing, evaluation)
• Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run)
