Staff AI Marketing Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Role to design, build, and run AI agent systems for Sales and Marketing workflows.
• Work with LLMs, retrieval, and agent frameworks to support account planning, active deals
• Internal product engineering focusing on AI-powered marketing solutions for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Marketing Ops, Data, Security, and IT on infrastructure and
• Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
• Own roadmap and lifecycle of Solutions Marketing systems and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years shipping production AI-enabled software with LLM APIs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
• Experience with agent-system architecture: context/state management, permission-aware tools
• Strong technical judgment to choose reliable, simple solutions and avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Ability to prototype quickly with users and translate workflow needs into technical requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration to turn workflow feedback into clear requirements for PMMs, sellers
• Technical communication skills to explain architecture and tradeoffs to engineers and non-engineers
