🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 5 years in software or AI engineering, with ≥2 years building LLM- or AI agent-based
• Experience designing/deploying multi-step, tool-using AI agent workflows; capable of evaluation and
• Proven ability to extract tacit knowledge via process mining, cognitive task analysis, or knowledge
• Strong systems thinking and end-to-end process modeling skills.
• Modernization experience with legacy systems and maintaining business continuity.
