Staff AI Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to align AI product analytics.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and measurement practices for AI features.
• Design and interpret experiments to assess new AI capabilities.
• Develop dbt models to transform user behavior data with Analytics teams.
• Influence analytics standards and long term strategy as the company scales.
• Collaborate to translate data into product decisions for AI experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering with product and engineering; familiarity with KPIs and funnels.
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics for AI powered features.
• SQL writing and querying for analytics tasks.
• Data visualization with Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
• Experience writing dbt models and using analytics tooling such as Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, and FullStory; git.
• Experience using AI assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for rapid prototyping.
