Staff AI Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Cross-functional work with Product to set KPIs, dashboards, and roadmaps.
• Define success metrics for AI-powered experiences (adoption, engagement, retention, outcomes).
• Instrument product data with Design, PM, and Engineering for reliable AI analysis.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to measure AI impact.
• Build dbt models to transform user data with Analytics Engineering.
• Shape Product Analytics standards as Grafana scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering; familiarity with KPIs and frameworks (DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
• Define/tracking metrics for complex product areas; AI features preferred.
• Proficient in SQL; daily practice writing complex, efficient queries.
• Data visualization with Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
• Experience writing dbt models; implementing analytics tooling (Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory); git.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype analyses.
