Staff AI Product Analyst, Product Management

📋 Description

• Partner across Product/Design/Engineering/Data to set KPIs, dashboards, roadmaps
• Define success metrics for AI-powered experiences (adoption, engagement, retention)
• Instrument product data with Design/PM/Engineering for reliable AI analysis
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess AI capabilities
• Develop dbt models to transform user data with Analytics Engineering
• Shape long-term Product Analytics vision and standards at Grafana

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering across product and engineering with KPIs/DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B tests
• Experience defining AI feature success metrics
• SQL: writing complex, efficient queries daily
• Data Visualization: Grafana/Tableau/Looker/Omni/Hex
• dbt modeling and tooling (Heap/Pendo/Amplitude/FullStory) with Git
• Excellent communication to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences
