Staff AI Product Analyst, Product Management

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to measure AI product success.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and experiments for AI features and workflows.
• Instrument product data with cross-team collaboration for reliable analysis.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments to assess AI capabilities.
• Develop dbt models to transform user behavior data with Analytics Engineering.
• Contribute to long-term vision and standards for Product Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering across product and engineering, familiarity with typical product KPIs and frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows.
• SQL: writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit for you.
• Data Visualization: Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana expertise.
• Experience writing dbt models, implementing Product Analytics tooling (Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and git.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
