• Join Nextiva to build internal AI platform across engineering and the organization.
• Work at the intersection of software engineering, system architecture, AI engineering, cloud
• Design and build agentic workflows across the SDLC with intelligent automation to improve processes.
• Scope spans Nextiva’s tech platform; identify opportunities, architect solutions, and deploy
• Balance business outcomes with engineering constraints and total cost of ownership in decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise productivity and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant software engineering experience building production-scale systems.
• Hands-on AI/ML or generative AI solutions with production impact.
• Strong architecture and design skills for distributed or large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in production languages such as Java, Python, Go (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-enabled architectures beyond tools.
• Experience deploying AI solutions with monitoring, security, reliability, and scale in production.
