🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Operations Research, or related field
7+ years in aerospace configuration management, program mgmt, or fleet ops
Formal configuration management experience: baselines, ECPs, TDP, change control boards
Cross-functional rollout planning across internal orgs
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication with Engineering, Operations, and customers
