Staff Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Strategy & Planning, FP&A, and GTM teams to identify analytics opportunities
• Lead analyses across pipeline health, funnel, quota, coverage, and forecasting
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and data solutions
• Connect GTM outcomes with product signals to reveal growth opportunities
• Build scalable dashboards, datasets, and self-service tools to speed decision-making
• Use SQL and Python as core tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, GTM Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong fluency in SQL and Python; both core requirements
• Proven ability to work with large, messy datasets and translate analyses into clear insights
• Background supporting go-to-market, sales, revenue, or commercial orgs in SaaS/high-growth tech
• Ability to influence decisions through data, structured thinking, and clear communication
• Experience building scalable analytics assets such as data models, dashboards, automated workflows, or reusable insight products
