🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics engineering, BI, or data roles.
• Deep SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design.
• Experience with Sigma/Looker/Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Knowledge of semantic layers, metadata, QA, lineage, access controls.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end.
• Experience designing scalable data products for multiple audiences.
