Staff Analytics Analyst, Full Stack (Revenue)

📋 Description

• Lead development of scalable, trusted data products for Affirm’s revenue teams.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into scalable data solutions across modeling, metrics, dashboards
• Set technical direction for Revenue’s data layer and establish semantic/metadata foundations for AI.
• Design and build durable data products powering revenue ops, reporting, and self-service analytics.
• Mentor analysts and cross-functional partners to raise data product quality and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or related analytics role.
• Deep SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, data quality, documentation skills.
• Experience with Sigma/Looker/Tableau, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of AI foundations: semantic layers, metadata, lineage, access controls, data
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end and influence stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable data products for multiple audiences and working with Salesforce.
