Staff Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and own BigQuery warehouse as canonical analytics layer.
• Design and ship end-to-end dbt project from raw data to marts.
• Define canonical ARR/NRR/bookings/lifecycle in the semantic layer.
• Build revenue models for subscriptions, add-ons, settlements.
• Create identity-resolution spine across product, marketing, billing, CRM.
• Enable GTM intelligence with PQL and PQA scoring and reverse ETL.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep analytics engineering experience: expert dbt and warehouse fluency.
• Strong SQL and data modeling: dimensional modeling and grain discipline.
• Track record building canonical revenue metrics with GTM scoring.
• AI-native: BigQuery ML and Vertex AI for scoring.
• Ownership across full data stack from ingestion to reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Finance, GTM, and tech teams.
