Staff Analytics Engineer, Data Platform

📋 Description

• Own canonical data models and metric definitions.
• Build a self-serve analytics layer for multiple teams.
• Define governance for events, taxonomy and tracking.
• Ensure platform reliability, security and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Growth and Ops.
• Operate from week one with clear ownership and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data/Analytics or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on with modern data stack: BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Python.
• Experience with ingestion, reverse-ETL and IAM/security.
• Built semantic/metrics layer and governance for KPI definitions.
• Experience with MCPs, semantic APIs or text-to-SQL.
• Fluent in English and French.
