📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and execution for two-sided marketplace ML problems.
• Develop personalized recommendations and embeddings to power discovery.
• Use causal inference and experimentation to measure spend effectiveness.
• Predict lifetime value and personalize new-user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in industry with ML solving real-world problems.
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, growth, personalization, incentives, or trust/quality.
• Strong methods in causal inference, predictive/LTV modeling, information extraction, DL/LLMs.
• Strong programming skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience as a tech lead, mentoring scientists and setting team strategy.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
