Lead legal orientation presentations for unaccompanied children in shelters
Conduct individualized legal consultations and explain relief options
Provide direct representation for eligible children in U.S. custody
Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and motions
Handle SIJS, asylum, T/U visas, VAWA, adjustment of status, TPS, and EAD matters
Coordinate with program staff and service providers to support clients

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active U.S. state bar membership
2–3 years of professional immigration law experience
Experience working with children/youth
Ability to represent individuals in immigration matters and navigate complex proceedings
Strong legal research, writing, and case-management skills
