Staff Attorney

📋 Description

• Lead legal orientations for unaccompanied children in care
• Conduct individualized legal consultations
• Provide direct representation to children in federal care
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings (calendars, hearings, motions)
• Handle cases including SIJS, asylum, T/U visas, VAWA, TPS, and EADs
• Perform case research, filings, and documentation with accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school
• Active state bar admission in good standing
• 2–3 years of professional immigration law experience
• Experience with children/youth or vulnerable populations preferred
• Strong research, writing, and client representation skills
• Spanish proficiency preferred
