Staff Azure Cloud Engineer, Automation

📋 Description

• Design and build the Azure landing zone aligned to CAF and Well-Architected pillars
• Build with Azure Verified Modules and Terraform modules
• Own Terraform Cloud setup: per-workload state, variable sets, run triggers
• Hands-on networking and firewall config: hub-spoke, NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, private endpoints
• Define cloud-native software engineering practices with security/engineering teams
• Establish policy-as-code guardrails for automated governance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering with production ownership
• Azure generalist: Terraform/IaC, Azure networking, firewall/security
• Deep Terraform experience: modules, remote state, workspace/environment strategy
• Strong Azure networking and security knowledge: hub-spoke topology, NSGs, private endpoints, DNS
• SOC 2 control familiarity to inform landing zone design
• Ability to collaborate with security, network, and IT teams
