📋 Description

• Design, evolve, and maintain core libraries and shared components.
• Own system performance, scalability, high-load architecture with low latency.
• Monitor production behavior; implement metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Advocate best practices in concurrency and memory management.
• Collaborate with backend, web, mobile, QA, and product teams.
• Use AI tools in the development workflow—from design to review.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Java internals: JVM, GC, memory, concurrency, profiling.
• PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexing, locking, pooling under heavy load, Kafka.
• Strong system design, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Proficient with AI coding assistants (Copilot/Claude) as productivity multipliers.
• Experience validating and owning AI-generated output.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.
