🎯 Requirements

• Proven delivery of large distributed systems.
• Strong systems-design instincts; latency, availability, scaling, cost.
• Hands-on cloud/platform experience (microservices, containers/Kubernetes, IaC).
• Reliability and performance ownership; capacity planning and tuning.
• Excellent coding and design skills; Go; Python/C/C++/Rust.
• Experience with messaging and telemetry (Kafka, Prometheus/Grafana).
