🎯 Requirements

• Proven delivery of large distributed systems.
• Strong systems-design instincts for latency, consistency, availability, scaling and cost.
• Hands-on cloud-native experience: Kubernetes, containers, IaC.
• Excellent coding and design skills; Go; Python/C/C++/Rust a plus.
• Experience with messaging/telemetry (Kafka) and observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Influence across teams; strong communicator; remote-first collaboration.
