📋 Description

• Architect and build backend services powering Haus's data platform
• Ingest from third-party APIs at scale with normalization
• Own lakehouse/warehouse product design and dbt architecture
• Set engineering bar: testing, API design, CI/CD, observability
• Drive decisions across GCP/BigQuery/dbt/Python with data science teams
• Mentor senior engineers and influence data strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with backend and data focus
• Hands-on BigQuery or lakehouse experience
• Deep SQL/dbt experience for evolving schemas
• Expert-level Python for building services
• Staff-level leadership track record
• Strong written/verbal communication with stakeholders
