• Strong coding skills and ops experience; owned the software you built.
• SaaS platform experience; scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Cross-team collaboration; transparent planning with stakeholders.
• Pragmatic; progress over perfection; able to handle ambiguity.
• Backend Golang experience; familiar or eager to learn Go.
