📋 Description

Remote role with eligibility in UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Ireland
Work on Grafana as a multi-tenant, scalable observability platform
Help refactor and standardize Grafana architecture for SaaS apps
Collaborate across squads to deliver integrated experiences
On-call rotations to own customer experience

🎯 Requirements

Strong backend coding skills with operational experience
Experience with SaaS platforms at scale, multi-tenancy, data isolation
Golang backend proficiency or willingness to learn
Excellent written and spoken communication
Ability to work across teams and drive transparent plans
