📋 Description

• Design and build Grafana Enterprise backend systems.
• Architect distributed backend services in Go for scale.
• Design APIs and service contracts for operators and cloud providers.
• Collaborate with Product/UX and frontend engineers to ship end-to-end features.
• Drive scalability, reliability, and multi-tenant improvements for Grafana.
• Own platform health through on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience writing production services at scale.
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals: replication, partitioning.
• Experience designing/operating multi-tenant, high-availability infra.
• Experience with gRPC/protobuf APIs and service contracts.
• Strong PostgreSQL/MySQL skills, schemas, optimization.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD, observability tooling.
