📋 Description

• Design and build backend systems powering Grafana Enterprise
• Architect distributed backend services in Go for scale
• Own on-call rotations and reliability at scale
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and frontend engineers
• Drive scalability, reliability, security, and multi-tenancy
• Engage with large enterprise customers and cloud providers

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience writing production services at scale
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals
• gRPC/protobuf APIs and service contracts
• PostgreSQL and MySQL schema design and migrations
• Kubernetes and multi-tenant clusters
• Observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, tracing
