🎯 Requirements

• Proven delivery of large distributed systems.
• Demonstrable experience in system design.
• Cloud-native architectures (microservices, Kubernetes, IaC).
• Reliability and performance ownership; SLOs/SLIs, capacity planning, tuning.
• Excellent coding/design skills; Go preferred, plus Python/C/C++/Rust.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development.
