📋 Description

• Architect and build backend services powering LLM-based agents and clinical automations.
• Design robust APIs and data models that are secure and observable.
• Profile hot paths, tune databases and right-size cloud resources for cost/perf.
• Write unit/integration tests; craft alerts; own on-call runbooks.
• Partner with product, AI and frontend engineers to ship features quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of software-engineering fundamentals; Python is primary.
• Experience designing APIs (REST/GraphQL); event-driven systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Hands-on with TDD, AI coding, microservices, eventual consistency.
• Deep database expertise: relational and NoSQL; MongoDB a bonus.
• Cloud fluency: AWS/Azure/GCP; containers, k8s, CI/CD, IaC, security.
• Track record shipping distributed systems at scale with reliability.
