Staff Cloud Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Make AI accelerator hardware feel native inside Kubernetes clusters.
• Build Go services that connect accelerator hardware with Kubernetes; own components turning compute
• Design production services for reliability, performance, and observability within cluster
• Develop CRDs, operators, and Kubernetes components for ML and platform teams; collaborate with
• Senior IC role with mentoring responsibilities and a focus on code quality and engineering judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Go engineering experience with delivering complex production software
• Deep Kubernetes architecture knowledge, including CRDs, operators and cloud-native integration
• Solid Linux understanding; ability to debug distributed systems
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers through design, review and delivery
• Ability to improve code quality, observability, automation and developer experience
• Clear C1-level English communication across hardware, cloud and ML teams
