Staff Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Join analytics team to shape data-driven decisions across product, marketing, and operations.
• Modernize data stack in an AI-first world; collaborate with executives and engineering teams.
• Own data modeling, analytics infrastructure, and cross-functional insights.
• Deliver self-serve dashboards and KPI tracking via Omni and other tools.
• Provide ad hoc insights to leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics or similar roles
• Experience with BI platforms (Omni, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) including semantic layer
• Strong statistical knowledge (trend analysis, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals)
• Advanced SQL (CTEs, ELT/ETL, large datasets, cost management)
• Basic scripting in Python or R
• Experience in product/marketing analytics and go-to-market dynamics
