📋 Description

• Develop data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years in People/HR Analytics or related analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL; familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow
• Strong Python and/or R skills for statistical analysis and modeling
• Experience with regression, clustering, forecasting, text analytics, sentiment analysis
• Ability to handle large datasets and govern data effectively
