Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and oversee deployment of data architecture and pipelines
• Build and automate data transformation using ML and data-engineering techniques
• Define agentic evaluation metrics and ground truth for AI workflows
• Build agentic evaluation pipelines with dashboards, versioning, and reproducibility
• Establish standards, quality gates, and continuous improvement for data systems
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor peers on data engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years building production data pipelines, data warehousing, ETL/ELT; strong SQL, Python
• 3+ years ML systems, model validation infrastructure, automated testing
• Proven track record deploying large-scale data systems; troubleshoot data quality, latency
• Design scalable, secure data architectures; cloud platforms (GCP, AWS); APIs, event-driven systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation frameworks and agentic workflows; instrumenting AI systems
• Strong cross-team communication; autonomous, mentoring peers; ServiceNow experience a plus
