🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and evolving large-scale data platforms
• Real-time and event-driven architecture knowledge (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
• Leadership of cross-team technical initiatives
• Experience building platform capabilities and shared services
• Strong reliability, scalability, performance, governance, and cost judgment
• Ability to move between architecture decisions and hands-on work
