Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Own ingestion and orchestration for data platform across source systems
• Design, build, operate scalable data pipelines end-to-end
• Set technical direction, guardrails, and platform best practices
• Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD integration
• Enforce data contracts, RBAC, and governance policies
• Partner with AE/BI to lower entry barriers for domain teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years data engineering experience with production platforms
• dbt expertise at scale for data modelling
• Snowflake knowledge: RBAC, performance, warehouse mgmt
• IaC (Terraform) and GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Orchestration (Airflow) and containerized workloads (Kubernetes/AKS)
• Python and advanced SQL, testing, reusable libraries
