Staff Data Scientist, AI/ML

📋 Description

• Leverage Doximity's datasets to optimize AI products for medical professionals.
• Create product and client-facing analytics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs, analysts, and engineers to lead data projects from ingestion to insights.
• Help define and execute data team strategy with product leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• Advanced statistics: EDA, experimental design, probability.
• Deep learning, reinforcement learning, and LLM fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, RFT).
• Experience designing, training, and evaluating large-scale models with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced SQL proficiency; writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Advanced Python, OOP, production-grade code, and modern data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing for scalable analysis.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling for stakeholders.
